Besides anything printer related - I mean, that goes without saying - documentation is just a tough topic all around.
It's the end users who will never look at the documentation you were forced to make, but will ask you the same question every two or three months.
It's the big corporations that make you click through seventeen different links before you find the hidden feature you need; looking at you Microsoft.
And then there's writing it. It just feels like a slog which ever way you look at it.
